Top designers show their support for the Elephant Family Animal Ball

Conservation charity Elephant Family love an art-led fundraising project and this year they are hosting the masked Animal Ball at Lancaster House in the presence of Their Royal Highnesses, The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall.

An eclectic range of top artists, fashion houses and jewellers are to create animal masks for guests to wear to the ball. Ethical fashion favourites Ada Zanditon and Beautiful Soul, as well as David Longshaw, are putting their stamp on masks, which will be displayed alongside those of other great names such as DVF, Mario Testino, Faberge and Philip Treacy.

Each designer has been asked to  create two masks which represent the many endangered species in the world including butterflies, rhinos, pandas, big cats, monkeys and of course elephants. Sotheby’s will host an exhibition of the Animal Ball masks from the 10-15th May which will be for sale to guests of The Animal Ball.
