Lush looks from Ecoluxe London SS13

Ecoluxe London showcases and promotes eco-luxury as a lifestyle. A not-for-profit initiative, it's devoted to luxurious eco-sustainable fashion and provides pioneering brands from around the world an opportunity to reach a wider audience. Here's a snapshot of some recommended labels to think about adding to your Spring shopping list, straight from the SS13 showcase...

By Stamo
A luxury womenswear brand based in London, By Stamo aims to produce it's garments in the same region in which they're sold. The company strives to give back to the local community and respects the environment whilst producing top quality, timeless clothes with a twist.

Carmen Eva
A self-taught textile artist, Carmen Eva learned traditional textile techniques from her family at a young age. The latest collection takes inspiration from the locker room, bringing a fresh approach to the use of the materials. Carmen always aims to use textiles in a way that respects the environment, even developing a new system to make felt that uses less water in the process.

Yono Taola
Designed by Juanjo Gomez, Yono Taola avoids the exploitation of workshops and participates in fair trade. His experience spans working with the likes of Converse and Vans, to collaborating with Coke and Sprite, as well as designing costumes for ballet and theatre. Buy from Girissima.com.
